Rozendo has been named global green
building marketer for the Dow Corning Construction Industry. He will be
responsible for identifying and partnering with global building leaders to
implement green building solutions
from Dow Corning to achieve innovative building designs and increased
energy e;ciencies. Rozendo brings a
host of green building experience to
Dow Corning. He has led more than
50 green building projects within South
America and Southeast Asia, including the first Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design Platinum project
in Brazil. He also has trained building
professionals to become LEED accredited professionals and has ISO 14000
environmental management expertise.

John B. McClatchey Jr.
became sales manager
for Southern Aluminum
Finishing Co., Atlanta.
In his new position, he
will head SAF’s aluminum extrusions, sheet, fabrication,
anodizing, paint and powder coating
sales. Based in the company’s Atlanta
o;ce, he will continue to work with
his established outside sales customers,
while overseeing inside sales, regional
and representative sales associates
nationwide. He has a long history
with SAF that began with part-time
shop floor work, and more recent
regional sales management positions.

the appointment, Winningham worked
for a large non-profit organization since
1993, where he was part of the executive
leadership team and was

and consulting.

hired Justin Lineberry as technical sales
manager responsible for application and
sales support. He brings years of management experience in sales and glass
processing to the supplier, the last six
of which were spent with an international company in the glass industry.

O;cials from Monett,
Mo.-based Efco Corp., a
Pella Co., announced the
promotion of Matt Zinter
to operations manager
at the Springfield, Mo.,
service center. He served
as a production supervisor at Efco since
October 2008. Prior to employment
at the company, he managed production operations for Georgia-Pacific,
Atlanta. ;e service center will fabricate
materials and provide lineal aluminum
products for commercial construction
needs to customers on a national basis.
;e renovated facility is expected to
open in midsummer and will serve as
headquarters for Efco’s expanded storefront operations, according to a release.

TBM Glass, Santa Ana,
Calif., hired Corre-Marie
Myer to head up their
Sales and Marketing Division. She has 10 years experience in sales and has
spent her career starting
and heading up sales teams in London.
She will take over the strategy and growth
for TBM Glass’ sales for their Architectural Glass and Aerospace/Defense divisions.

Ohio, appointed Joe Koscoe to research
and development lab technician. He has
been with Edgetech for more than three
years, holding the positions of equipment technician, production associate
and Six Sigma auditor. In his new role,
he will be responsible for a variety of
duties, including product and material testing, analysis and evaluation.

Ohio, expanded its North American
workforce with the addition of Albert
Stankus as commercial market team
manager. In this role, he will provide technical assistance and support to customers throughout the United States and
Canada, and will promote the company’s
TGI warm edge IG spacer to current and
prospective customers. He is a certified
Six Sigma Black Belt and has previously
held management positions with Sherwin
Williams, Cleveland, and Avery Dennison Corp., Pasadena, Calif.

added Mike Efeney as
architectural sales representative in Rockwall,
Texas. He will represent
the company’s architectural aluminum products
in northern Texas and Oklahoma. ;e
majority of his career has been in the glass
and glazing industry, with companies
including U.S. Aluminum, Waxahachie,
Texas; and Vistawall, Terrell, Texas. Most
recently, he worked as a sales manager
with Armstrong World Industries, Inc.’s
Ceilings – Architectural Specialties, Lancaster, Pa. He is well versed in the U.S.
Green Building Council’s Leadership in
Energy and Environmental Design program and other green building guidelines.
